AHC installed a new HVAC system in our house, recently. We had a water pipe burst last night and we had a flood. Water rained over our new furnace like a rainstorm, I was able to turn the furnace off to hopefully prevent any water damage. Once daylight came and we got organized I called the office to request a tech to check out the furnace for damage. It is Friday and I know how busy they are but they rearranged their schedule and I had a tech at my door by mid afternoon, fortunately no damage, he got the furnace running and we have heat. We have a lot of problems due to water damage but thanks to AHC we don't have heating problems. Thank you!!!

Lost heat during the polar vortex!! Gave AHC a call and they were able to come out within a couple hours and the issue was fixed in an hour. So happy to have heat and happy with the cost of repair! Thank you AHC!!

Heat went out the day before New Years Eve, so it was cold I was a bit worried. They had a guy out to diagnose in ~3 hrs. If they had the part that day they would have put it in, so we had to wait until the following morning. Next day, the tech showed up bright an early and had my issue fixed in less than an hour. Saved our cold butts

The contractor who built an addition to my house two years ago used Allendale Heating to install an upgraded furnace and AC. I was happy with their work, so this year when DTE ran natural gas down my road, I turned to Allendale to help get me set up. They gave me a great price on upgrading to an on-demand water heater, plumbing in the new natural gas connection, and converting a couple of appliances. The came at the scheduled time, installed the water heater and converted my furnace and stove quickly and efficiently. The tech they sent out had some trouble with our dryer, so the next day the owner came out himself after the rest of his calls for the day to finish the job. I just got off the phone with Diane to inquire about something I called and spoke to Brittany about on Friday. She was cross and rude. When I explained to her how I didn’t appreciate how rude she was she simply snapped back “well I’m doing inventory and I don’t handle that”. I’m reading in other reviews that others have had similar run ins with Diane this way. If you want to continue business with reputable paying customers I would suggest you either get rid of Diane or tell her to retire. She is certainly is not the first person you want to represent your company.
