Allen's Electrical & Plumbing Service

I called several local plumbers in the area to install an ice machine for our office, and even had one company come give an astronomical quote and state it would be over a week to even get the work done. HOWEVER! I called Allen's and they came and completed the work the same day I called! We are extremely pleased with the work and the service we received. I highly recommend Allen's if you're looking for good, honest service.

Since we purchased our home a little less than a year ago, we've utilized the services of Allen's a few times for different reasons. They always come relatively quickly and are very nice and knowledgeable people. We will for sure be calling them when we need help with plumbing or need electrical services at some point in the future. Two thumbs up!

Way OVERPRICED. office manager is not professional in her job. Asked for a call back, after the third day I finally called back! BEWARE you will be billed a service fee without them telling you before they walk out of the office door! They change the story of what they charge to fit the day. Put it this way we had a sink to install with all the main parts...except for small PVC parts and the invoice was over $400 to install when we live in the Statesboro. Unbelievable. I had proof the plumber was here under 1 hour and they charged 2 hours.

Today marks the second time I've called Allen's Electrical and Plumbing after an emergency. We had a fire at my house and some of the wires burned. I called several electric companies as soon as they opened. I left several messages and nobody called me back. When I called Allen's Electrical and Plumbing, they answered the phone, and within an hour I had two electricians repairing my electricity. I cannot recommend them enough!

This company advertises 24 hour emergency service. They use an answering service for this. First call we made was at 7:35am. The 2nd call after 10am, 3rd call at 1:45 pm, 4th at 4pm. On the last call the answering service put us on hold trying to reach anyone from the company, including the owner, with no luck. Nobody was answering their phones or pages. The very definition of unreliable. She was so apologetic, but nothing she could do. We have a cancer patient and an infant in the house and no working toilets, showers, sinks. I think it qualifies as an emergency.
