This company is a rip-off. They charge way too much money. That's a house with only two people. The bill was $593, and the price below is because I had an outstanding check, and they deducted $173.12 from that. It's not fair that they steal so much.

Horrible and arrogant people working at the desk, got my propane tanks filled yesterday and they tested for a leak. To which they found one and the technician told me it’s ok to run my tanks until it’s fixed (that is against safety SOP) then the leak was not fixed and they state they came out to fix it when I myself was on the couch and I have a camera at my house that faces my driveway to which they said they parked in. I recommend that you do not use the service here. It was really a high price, I was wrong when I automatically poured myself. They cheated me. When I knew that my tank was size 100, when the bottle was full, at least 3 months to run out of propane gas, but within 1 month, they charged me $ 374 unreasonable. My aunt did not notice the bank now I discovered this. With automatic filling service, 1 month family filled me 3 times each time at least phase 1, February 4 was 54 $, the second phase on February 18 was $ 100, the 3rd of March 3, they pumped me $ 104, the total 1 month had to spend 260 just to fill the gas but the house all turned on the Heating with a room for each room, so the use of gas is very little. Service is extremely slow. They won't even tell you when they will deliver, just that there is a ticket scheduled. Called over a week ago and still no delivery.

Called in for the second week in a row. Trying to get my tank filled that I am to be getting filled monthly. It's been since March that they filled it last. I was told that the driver made the choice that I don't use my heater I don't need it filled till the fall. The driver don't live in my house and don't know what all I use that takes propane. The person I talked to tried to argue many things with me even my every 35 days to get filled that I have yet to see since March. Tried to argue about the size of the tank I have and how much I use my propane like they live in the house. I should not be questioned about my use. As a customer that is in a monthly schedule and it is not being followed and argued about it being followed and the amount of propane I use. I have always paid my bill with
