Allen's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Phillip was our technician from Allen’s AC. He was very nice and professional. He provided expert recommendations and swiftly proceeded with minor maintenance to make sure our AC unit did not lose Freon gas in the future. Following the inspection he confirmed that our unit didn’t need replacement and was actually in very good condition. CoolToday has been doing regular maintenance on our AC units for the last two years plus. I had a feeling they were giving me the runaround when they recommended me to replace the AC unit that is 8 years old. A friend referred me to Alan’s AC. Within minutes the technician confirmed that there is nothing wrong with our unit (see above comments). I’m ditching CoolToday and signing up with Allen’s AC preventive maintenance program.

We were out of town in Ohio. Our A/C that was 26 years old finally gave out. I call Allen’s on a Monday and by 2:30 pm the next day they had a replaced the entire A/C system. We have used Allen’s Refrigeration for the last 15 years. There professionalism, customer service and politeness can not be matched. Allen’s is the only Refrigeration Company we will ever recommend. And can’t say enough about the 2 Techs that did the actual replay Sam and Owen. Very respectful and professional. Made us feel safe enough to leave our house wide open while we ran to a place with A/C, we knew we wouldn’t have to baby sit them!! Thank you again to the whole team!!!!!!

Austin came to my home to fix my AC and did an outstanding job. He was very respectful, professional, and worked quickly. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong, explained how he fixed it, and let me know what to watch for in the future. That level of transparency and service is rare. Highly recommend!
