This is a high quality company with high quality work. They have worked in our house from plumbing to gas lines to electric and heat and air. We have never been disappointed. They may have higher prices but remember you get what you pay for. Thank you Allen's for being such a longstanding family company in Amarillo.

Terrible driving almost killed me and my family with their truck. Speeding and started charging the lane with no signal and right into my car. Thanks God there were three lanes on i40 and I was able to escape there. Otherwise we all were dead. This company must have their license revoked. Dangerous for other people.

Allen’s provides exceptional service, with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Austin and his team are fast and accurate, and have taken wonderful care of my all my commercial needs. 10/10 would recommend 10 times over!

The guys did a great job replacing our water heater. Be aware of the cost!!! It was a big surprise when I received the invoice! Labor for two guys was extremely high, $840!! Said it took 3-1/2 hours to install. That must have included the time it took to go get the water heater and parts needed. All I know is after the fees added came to over $2000….crazy to us!

I'm a manager with Ashley Furniture and we've been dealing with other companies for years to fix our AC units that are very old and on their last leg. Mark Mendoza was sent out to assist us with the extreme heat and AC units down making us and our customers uncomfortable. He worked very hard to get what he could going and on and the temp in our store has drastically changed making it more comfortable for us all.
