We just moved into this house about a year ago. Everything has been smooth sailing until Wednesday 9/24/25 when the ac went out. I called about 10 am and explained what we heard and what was going on. They had a guy out that night. I work 8-5, so the later time worked for me. We didn't know about warranties or what not on the ac. They found out that it is still covered under manufacturer warranty and took care of it. They were able to get the part Thursday morning and have us up and cooling again by noon. Service was amazing and Authur took them time to explain things about what went wrong, basic upkeep anad such. I feel more confident about this aspect of homeownership after speaking anad being walked through what happened and dhow to help prevent other things from causing minor issues fr

Called AllGood Air Condition one night when my home wasn’t cooling. A tech arrived by 8 AM, found a coil leak, and had it replaced under warranty within 24 hours. Just paid a small labor fee. Fast, professional, and exactly what you need in the Texas heat. AllGood really is all good!

Our outside unit wasn’t running, I called David and he came over to fix it within the hour. Good, honest people! HIGHLY recommend Allgood!

Nobody wants AC issues in southeast Texas just as summer approaches. I started out trying to work with my home warranty company but we couldn’t get to a fix that made sense for me. I called Allgood Air conditioning just for some advice and the owner came to my house that day to review the issue. He gave me honest and sound advice with zero pressure other than to be helpful. In the end he was able to make me a better deal and fixed my AC issues. The team of technicians were highly experienced, extremely respectful and took very good care of our home while they were working in it. Hands down 5/5 stars for Allgood Air Conditioning.
