Our water heater decided to quit on us early Friday morning, but Lowe’s had our backs. We were able to get in touch with an installer right away, and within hours Chase arrived at our home. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and clear in his communication. He spoke with both my husband and me separately without anything ever feeling confusing or repetitive. After a full inspection, he confirmed what we suspected — the old unit (a very tired, out-of-code 14-year-old tank) needed a full replacement. They scheduled us for the very next morning, and sure enough, Seth arrived bright and early. He was just as professional, kind, and efficient. Danny Soto-Malave I wanted to share how pleased I was with the service Danny provided while working on my AC unit today. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Danny took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled properly before he left. His ability to connect with me as the customer was outstanding and made the entire experience comfortable and positive. My technician Orlando made this visit a very welcoming one. I’m so elated that Orlando came to service my furnace. His customer service was Excellent. He has a lot of patience because, I had quite a few questions to ask him in reference to my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue that I was having where I could understand. If I were to have any more issues I would be sure to ask for Orlando to come out. Customer service is everything to me. Allgood you definitely have a great employee. I will no longer call any other company but All Good Home Services!! Jim was amazing!!! OMG I have had 3 other HVAC companies out here who have ripped me off. Jim gave me great info on how to keep my system running at optimal performance and preventive measures too. He is the best tech I have ever had at my home and I have referred all my friends neighbors and families to All Good Home services. I will always call them for all my hvac and plumbing needs. I even signed up for the monthly maintenance plan which is the best plan out there by far! Thank you thank you thank you Jim. Great job!!!

My experience with Allgood ARS was 'all good'! We had our hot water heater replaced. The hookup with Allgood was via Lowe's. They communicated well, arrived on time, gave us a reasonable estimate, did the work fast and very professionally. Our installer, Seth, was fantastic. He got right to work and knocked out the job. At the end, be explained everything very well, showed his work, and carted off our old unit. So far, very happy.
