First, This company is currently doing the remodel of my apartment complex. 84 townhomes to remodel. From the first day they stepped on our property it’s been problems. The workers park in our complex when they should park on the street. They don’t pick up garbage. Tires are being popped due to trashed parking lot. They left all the debris and drywall all over the place. I’ve complained and asked is anyone going to clean it up. I was told yes and that was 2 weeks ago!! Be careful who you hire!!!

Employee driving a white sedan with vehicle number 92-144 does not yield at stop signs. Nearly caused an accident at the intersection. Driver is bald 45-55yo. Then got aggressive when I let him know he blew a sign at a 4way intersection. Check your drivers in company vehicles.

The guys were very nice and on time. When I was initially dissatisfied with the work they were responsive. After they came out a second time and the work was still not to satisfaction I did not hear back. Attached are photos of the work. The cuts of the siding were poorly done the vent framing was horribly done and created a larger problem than I had.

They are very nice people. However, their ability to keep a schedule and maintain quality control is depressing. Fire Marshal is still not passing the building. Typically I see GC's begin talking with the fire marshal months ahead of inspection in order to understand code requirements. There is paint on finished floors. Dings are on cased door frames. Toilets aren't square with walls. Floor guides on barn doors are broken. Tiles on bottom of shower walls are missing grout. The wood stud framer subs of this complex has the drywall and floor base very visibly curved and warped. Truly they are great people, though. Seems like more staff on quality control would greatly benefit them.

Our company was hired to manufacture granite tops for a 133 unit project. These guys are seriously the best! Extremely professional and timely. The project managers really know what they are doing and super friendly. We are really looking forward to working on another project with them!
