Alliance Express

I wanted to renew our policy to take advantage of a capped rate, but I had a number of questions. I spoke with Rita, who was not only incredibly patient with me, but also personal, efficient and very thorough. I have a new contract and I'm so happy I called. Thank you Alliance and thank you Rita!

My family has been a customer for about 20 years. Our furnace is on it's last legs and I take care of my 73 year old father with multiple health issues. We had a service guy come out, tell us we need a new one. The week after that, their sales guy called me and asked if he could come take a look and leave us info on what to replace it with. I said fine and asked that he keep communication with me, because I handle the financials - he said he would. That was a week and a half/almost 2 weeks ago. I have called this man and asked for a call back - all he left was a pamphlet on what the new furnace is - NO PRICE, etc. I have called him multiple times, as the weather is expected to get freezing cold and have not even had the respect to call me back. I spoke with a representative named chris. I've been with this company for at least four years. Chris really goes out of her way to help you determine how many gallons of oil you need at a monthly price.That you can afford. I find her to be very helpful.Efficient, as well as caring, she does not try to sell you a product. I would recommend alliance oil and hop energy, and I would recommend chris if you get to speak to her or ask for her. Dave C-Taunton
