Have been a regular customer for many a year. Just called to be informed that they were taking no orders. You can stay on the line too inquire about a pending delivery.

This company has poor service. My mother paid for oil a week ago. She was told her oil would be delivered in 2-3 days. We are now on day 7. My mother is 86 year old and has been completely out of oil. They told her they would be there on Monday, then they told her on Tuesday, on Wednesday they told her no trucks were going out and today they tried to make an excuse the roads were too slippery. This is completely unacceptable, especially with temperatures freezing. It is completely ashamed how they treat people. They need to go out of business if they can’t do there job.

Amazing experience. Same day delivery. I paid to have oil delivered & my furnace primed. the tech was friendly and honest. He told me to make sure I call the company and request a refund because my system didn’t need to be primed. Called, requested the credit and was told I will get a call tomorrow once it is credited back to my account. Super friendly service. Would 1000% recommend and will be using them in the future.

We have used this company for a few years now. Ive used the online ordering service and have called in orders. The most recent order was online with an expected delivery time within 5 days. It was delivered the next day. Ive never had an issue with customer service. They have always been more than helpful and quick to resolve any issues.

Ordered 175 gallons and was given an email and delivery receipts stating it was $754.08 but my credit card was charged over 75 dollars more. The back of the receipt says I have to write them a physical letter to debate the charge. It literally states that if I call them they are not required to investigate potential errors. What kind of company even says that? The receipt also leads me to believe I wouldn't be reimbursed if found to have overpaid but simply credited to my account. What good does account credit do me if I'm never going to order from this company again? *Check your bank statements people! Be wary of this company!*
