Brought my truck to them for a rocker repair because they came highly recommended. Originally was supposed to take about a week and ended up being a month without my truck. Repair work seems fine, but it was impossible to get anyone at the shop to return my calls through this process. When I finally got my truck back, the check engine light was on and it was covered top to bottom in overspray. There’s even overspray inside the truck. I brought it back to them to fix the overspray and left it overnight. They called me back within a couple hours and said it was good to go. Seems like all they did was swirl up the clear. I wish I would have used another body shop. Dropped off car June 18th for a repair that was quoted $2100. Was told it would be ready by 6/27. It wasn't ready until July 8th. When we went to pick it up it was obviously the wrong color. When we questioned why anyone thought the door being a different color would be okay I was then told it would be an extra $500 and 3 more days to blend the car to match the paint. July 11th the car is ready and repairs look good but go to pay and the they charge a fee to use a credit card. So the $2100 quoted job that should have taken 7-10 days actually cost $2665 and 23 days. They didn't seem concerned with the lack of professionalism or the customer experience. I felt like I was being held hostage as my car sat and the price just kept going up.

The lady working the front is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Enjoyed talking with her and look forward toward them fixing my vehicle after a minor fender bender. Wil update on the finished job when I get my car back. In the mean time, the office lady is a doll!

Not bad work. $600 just for the hood but somehow the final bill was $900. We're suppose to buff out small scratches, car looked the same. No real above and beyond work. They painted the hood, and charged me $300 more for labor. Pros: friendly ( who isn't when they take your money) The hood was an okay job Cons: failed to buff out any scratch. Doubt they even tried I had to contact them for updates Failed to give a decent quote Was determined to offer a quote for one portion of truck. Wouldn't recommend
