Hard to believe it’s been 29 years. For 10 years they maintained my residential rentals & for another 19 years our commercial HVAC. I’m not sure if they do much residential anymore. I’ve had service contracts with AMS, but it’s the emergency calls where they’ve been the best. I don’t know too many businesses where you get good service with the field reps, their switchboard staff, & sales. I call them & they’re working the same day. Five stars
Tim Evans in sales was the most helpful, and knowledgeable man I have ever dealt with. He was quick to respond and knew how to take care of our problem immediately. Saved us thousands in lost time and delays from over seas parts. Tim Evans deserves a major pay raise for the service he provides to Allied Mechanical!
