I called and spoke directly to the owner Dan Stephenson and was very pleased that I did. I found Dan to be very approachable, engaged in the process and professional. He is upfront about the cost and the time involved. He offered suggestions for improvements where potential problems might occur in the future. He also researched on his own time and offered me comparative choices of similar items ( i.e. new external lighting fixtures, etc.) to fit my preference.
