The customer service is great. Knowledgeable counter guys, great pricing. I've been to most of their locations and have not yet had a bad experience. Solid company, I Highly recommend them.

So I spoke to Don on 10/21/2014 at around 3:30 pm asked him about if he could get me a quote on a electric motor and he hesitated and wasn't helpful on the phone so I asked him if I could just email him the specs so I did then I called back around 4:00 pm to see if had found something and he told me no that its just two people working the counter and didn't have time but promised to get on it. So I wait and still no response that day so I call back the next day 10/22/2014 first thing in the morning and ask him what happened and then tells me he is going to get right on and that he would call me back in ten so I tell him no I would call him back in 15min. I wait 40 min just to give the poor fella some more time. So i call back and the first thing he asks is if I have a contractors LIC. And

I've known Mgr Scott Melton for literally DECADES! He has a great team there. If you're an HVAC contractor and dont have a relationship with Scott and Allied Ref, you're missing out.

The best place to get HVAC parts! Of course I've been going there for over 30 years! Ask for Scott!
