One of the worst supply house I ever encountered. I wasLooking for a Specific motor mount That I need to get a customer’s Heat back on. At first, everything was great. The gentleman in The front desk Informed me that they don’t have that specific motor mount in stock, but was able to order one and have it here by Monday. I ask him if he can tell me what the part number is So I can look around other supply Houses To see if they have That motor mount in stock cause I need it today. That’s when his attitude completely changed. He got pretty nasty with me. He told me that’s not his problem. He is not gonna give me the part number so I can source it at another Supply house. The funny thing is that gentlemen at the beginning told me he was trying to get The company I work for to do business with

Very customer oriented, extremely helpful people. One of the few in the area that supply Mitsubishi VRV units boards. They even have popcorn machine in place to munch on while ordering supplies. Very clean also. Since I was not able to make it before the closing time they kept doors open so I could still place the order. Prices are very reasonable and overnight delivery was surprisingly cheap. Thanks again.
