I purchased an Arhaus table a couple weeks before Christmas as we decided to host my big family for the holiday. I knew it would be a close Call to have it delivered in time but I kept an eye on the movement of it and decided to call the delivery company to see if we could fit it in. I spoke to Philip who went above and beyond to fit in our delivery two days before Christmas. He did this even though their delivery routes were already scheduled out and initially told me he didn’t think it would be possible before Christmas. He was able to move things around and fit our delivery in which I was very thankful for. He was efficient and courteous! Moreover, Alejandro called me when he was on the way to deliver our table. We did an interstate move. Process was great on all aspects. Communication was great from the start to finish. Handling and packing was completed with care and the team was super friendly.
