AMAZING SERVICE - I had bought a desk from Arhaus and I guess they contract through Allied Van Lines. I’m not sure if it was Arhaus or AVL that had emailed me several times to confirm my delivery date, but I had also received a phone call/voicemail the day-of my delivery to let me know what time to expect them. There were 2 gentleman who came - they announced what company they worked for immediately upon ringing the doorbell, they wore masks, asked if they needed to take their shoes off, and asked if they wanted me to set-up/build the desk or if they were allowed to. I opted for them to put together the desk and they obliged. They walked me through the process of how to put it together and they chatted while they worked. With the weather being cold, they were quick to assemble the piece
