The level of professionalism, the quality of work done, and the overall kindness and compassion from this company is top notch. Our furnace caught fire, ultimately needing us to replace our furnace... just weeks before Christmas and before a major cold snap no less. They immediately set to work with our home warranty and quickly got us back to having heat in our home. Although our home warranty chose them for us, I hope for future needs they'll keep on sending them to us. Highly recommend their services!

I bought my new central AC unit from company a couple years ago and my new furnace last November. They also installed my smart thermostat. It is my experience that the company has the utmost integrity and professionalism, coupled with expertise. I highly recommend this company. On a span of 90 degree days our home’s air conditioning suddenly and inexplicably stopped. We reached four businesses who could not arrive until 2 days later. Thank goodness we found Allient Heating! Allient was an honest, affordable company and our service experience with them was excellent. I highly recommend them. First, air conditioning technician Rich travelled over 20 miles to reach us and arrived promptly after business hours on the day we called (many service businesses in our area are not on time or do not show at all). Second, our tech Rich was very thorough and professional. Rich took his time to carefully examine everything and found several problems. He remedied everything at once rather than leaving us to call him back again later (our past experience with other companies).

Had my furnace and central air replaced. Rich from Allient handled all of the issues with my home warranty. The day of the installation, they were prompt and clean. Rich definitely knows the heating and air business. I would recommend this company 100%!
