I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Justin. I’ve been running the same HVAC system for the last 18+ years, and we have been able to hobble by the last few with minor repairs. This summer pushed out unit past its limits and the AC finally went out. Tom and Justin came out right away, looked over everything, and was able to diagnose multiple issues while educating me in the process. Instead of selling me on the most expensive, top of the line units (which they could have if they wanted) they instead gave me what they believed would be the optimal solution. Even after all that, they still checked a faulty capacitor and replaced it for free (which got my AC back running on the last hot day of the year). That alone earned my future business.
