I am very happy with the job Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists did with my BMW rims. They were 19"silver alloys that I wanted powdercoated black. These guys did a wonderful job!! And fast!! I dropped it off at 9:30, and it was ready by early afternoon. And they did everything. Other powder coating companies wanted me to have the tires broken down from the rims. That's not only a pain in the butt to do, but additional time and money to do it. And, the other companies were much more expensive! And the quality of the work was excellent. I'm very picky about my car, and they are perfect!!!

Took my BMW wheels here to get road rash fixed. Two were pretty scraped and gouged but AWRS of Jacksonville was able to repair them. Road rash totally gone. No elaborate show room or office, just a garage with the machinery necessary to fix your wheels.

The owner, Nigasee, is a genuinely great guy; he always called back or responded to my texts and went above and beyond to make sure my wheels were repaired properly. A big shoutout to Hank, who is truly something special. He has a warm, genuine presence and made me feel like more than just a customer—it felt like a friend helping me bring a vision to life. He spent so much time texting me photos and talking through ideas to ensure I’d be thrilled with the finished look. I was aiming for a rich bronze finish to replace the flat black the car originally came with, and Hank was just as invested as I was in getting it right. His enthusiasm was contagious. Hit a curve and bent my rim - I took to them next day they specialize in bent rims. They literally have a warehouse full of equipment to balance , weld , mold etc. to get your rim back to perfect as possible. I came in after 2pm picked up around 4pm same day but it wasn’t as busy on this day. They were really nice and told me what to expect up front. I believe it was worth it for sure. I highly recommend. I went to them yesterday btw.

If you do not feel like reading the whole review then I will summarize it by saying that they performed fantastic work bringing four curb rashed rims on my Honda S2000 back to nearly new OEM condition. The price was fair and the staff was very professional and upfront about everything. I would, and probably will, use them again. Joe was also fantastic to deal with. I have a Honda S2000 that had curb rash on every rim. I dropped off my car when they first opened hoping I would receive it back on the same day as I hate leaving the S2000 anywhere overnight as it is a soft top convertible that is highly sought after by car thieves. Joe, who I believe is the assistant manager, said they would make a best effort to get it completed that day. Thankfully they did have it completed that day. Joe
