We were VERY pleased with the chimney repair and rebuild that the team at Allphase Masonry & Chimney just completed at our home (Summer 2025). The home is over 50+ years old and previous repairs failed, and the chimney was pulling away from the home. We needed a repair to prevent a disaster. Our experience with Allphase was EXCELLENT from start to finish. From our initial discussion with Seth to setup the overview of the project, Jake's onsite evaluation and estimate, scheduling the work and ultimately Dylan and Ricky's onsite work it was terrific. The team was timely, professional, and thorough. We are very pleased and HIGHLY recommend them.
I completed an online request for service on our gas fireplace. The response time was very reasonable and the service date was set sooner than I had expected. The service man was knowledgeable, respectful, and more than capable. We are very satisfied with the results and will verbally recommend Allphase to anyone who expresses a need for this kind of repair.
Did great job removing old B-vent stack in our roof. Replaced with new one and changed configuration so there would be no more leaking! The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Would use again for future needs
My wife and I were in the market for a new wood stove after we bought a new house in Mass. We happened to be in Albany at the time for dinner and only had a few min to look around before our reservation. We went to Allphase Masonry and Chimney. We were very impressed with their showroom. After looking around, we decided to have an in-home consultation. We met with Jake at our house about a month later, and we were very impressed. We bought a stove, liner, and installation from them. As it turned out, Jake was the owner. I spoke with him in private about how impressed I was with his company thus far, as I own a small construction company in the Berkshires.
