Recently our boiler stopped working and my partner couldn't figure out how to fix it. The first company I called (Superior Comfort) came out and looked at it. Told me we needed to fix a cracked piece and that it would be $2200 and may not even work. Then turned around and showed me some rusty picks of my machine and said it would $22k to fully replace it. Well I called around for a second opinion and found Allphase. Do not hire! I needed to replace my boiler and found AllPhase Heating and Air Conditioning off Thumbtack. The owner, Peter, came to give an estimate. We scheduled, and I told him I would only be available in the morning. He assured me he could get the work done in the allotted time. The day came and went. I called, texted, no response. Based on his read receipts, though, Peter was reading my text messages. Eventually, in the afternoon, one of his goons called to tell me he would be by tomorrow to install it. I explained that I could not do that because I already took a half day from work and could not take another one. Had scheduled an appointment with Peter to come out and give us an estimate for a new boiler. He himself called and set the time. Day came and went and not a peep from anyone. Never even bothered to call and say he was not going to make the appointment that he set. Didn't even waste my time contacting him as I felt it would be worthless. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

All Phase replaced our boiler about over a year ago, everything was going well till a sensor would trip and would not give us any hot water. Every time we would call to have All Phase come out an take a look at it we would never get a call back right away or we would get someone on the phone and they would say they would put us on the schedule and then they would not show up at all the next day until I would call them again and they would say that they didn't see us on the schedule. After this last time for them to not show up I then called a Gem Plumbing and Heating and they were there that day we called and upon inspection of the boiler by Gem I was told that this unit was installed totally wrong and not up to code.
