I can't express enough how professional and understanding this company is! As a listing agent and having a house under contract we needed someone FAST! We weren't getting the help needed with other companies, but owner Calvin really came through and made everything possible. The guys are hard workers, respectful and anytime I popped by to check on everyone, they all were getting the job done! I highly recommend using this company for any real estate needs or personal. Panic quickly turned to calm. We discovered our newly (fully) renovated home was saturated in moisture in our crawlspace due to a lack of proper ventilated airflow. We discovered this because our new interior floors were buckling due to the heavy satuation of moisture in the supporting wood structures of the crawlspace. We called a couple of companies for crawlspace evaluation quotes and ONLY Allpro responded to our inquiry call the same day AND came out to the home the very next day. Calvin (the owner) quickly and professionally assessed the situation and clearly reviewed our options and what we could expect from each option. Once we gave Allpro "the go", they actually began the work on a Sunday in order to get the job completed in-between scheduled vacationing guests paying to stay

0 stars if I could. I own a local pest company and one of my customers with 1.5 million dollar house needed new vents in his crawl space for a rodent exclusion job. While I do a lot of these, I did not want to mess this up. These guys were going to charge me two grand to take it apart take out the debris and put in some copper mash as well as quarter inch cloth to stop rats from coming in. These guys overpromised a $2000 job to fix the issue and used 1/2” hardware cloth and styrofoam that rats can get in, and try to double the price after they got halfway through the job. After I told them I wasn’t paying the other thousand until they didn’t do the job spelled out in their invoice, they proceeded to leave my customers million dollar home’s crawl space a mess and unplugged his condenser

Right from the start we knew this was the company to use for our crawlspace encapsulation. Calvin has been in business for quite a while, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Tony and Emma were excellent workers, they take pride in their work and are very considerate about the surroundings they are working in. They kept us informed each day of their progress and what to expect the next day. The owner is fantastic and personally gets back to you about work that needs to be done. Calvin has been in business for awhile in this area and it is appreciated that he had owned his crawl space company and that he knows contracting work very well. He doesn’t just try and sell you a product, but instead evaluates what needs to be done. Tony who is his lead guy is awesome. Very responsive.
