Needed humidifier filters. They helped find the right size and had a fun Halloween activity for my child while we waited. Great staff!

Terrible experience purchased furnace, AC thermostat and coil furnace was damaged in shipping had to reschedule the job while I got a new furnace then the thermostat was DOA air conditioning would not run above 45% Tech Support put me on hold for one and a half hours then I got a number for Wayne at Alreds waited two hours to get hold of him then he just tells Me too change the thermostat because he thinks that’s what might be wrong. Then I get down to change the thermostat out. To pay for it on a DOA system so I call Wayne very frustrated and he tells me he doesn’t want to talk to me anymore no more I will not install a rheem system ever again.

Happy to find a place that'll sell to the public. Had the capacitor I needed in stock, was able to replace it myself day before the heatwave arrived, and save some money.

Really impressed with Allred's. I went there looking for a capacitor for my home HVAC unit. They were very helpful and got me exactly what I needed, and got me on my way. I would definitely recommend Allred's for any HVAC needs.
