Absolute worst service. Save yourself the headaches. They were about to replace my motherboard for the third time. I wanted to take a little time to have manufacturer come out and look for reasons Motherboard kept blowing. After doing so, I called to have motherboard installed. Angelo told me, “ We’re going to pass on your work.” This is after being left stranded with no air conditioning during the hottest of days. I paid almost $700 for a motherboard and installation and diagnosis and have a blown motherboard again which they will not replace. Do not, I repeat, do not put yourself through this. You’d feel more confident if kindergartners put your HVAC system in and had to repair it. No wonder they have 2.2 stars.

In 2017 Allshore hvac installed a hvac in our condominium. On a recent service call said that there was a very high level of carbon monoxide when the heating unit was turned on due to many cracks in the heat exchanger. The cracks were caused by incorrect installation of the Lennox heater with one side of the heater higher than the other causing a high heat level and subsequent cracks. I advise you to consider this when looking for a contracted. We had to purchase a new heating unit.

These guys are ridiculous!!! They came in to check the HVAC issue and the guy said that there was a leak in the system and that is why system is not cooling the place. After that, he checked for it and couldn't find the the issue and said I will need to pay 400-500 extra to find out the problem and it will take them a week to do so. So, after filling up the refrigerant gas, we decided to settle the situation for summer, and at the time of billing, service technician told me that I have to pay for Refrigerant and check, which I was fine with it, but afterwards, they told me that it took more than 30 mins to find the issues so I have to pay extra on top, I refused and call the office. The lady who works there told me that I have to pay extra for 30 mins, which was not fair because finding th

We paid top dollar for Geothermal installation and we have had to replace the mother board and fan with-in 3 years because everything that was installed was outdated. These guys took the money and dipped. No help what so ever. Plenty of other more honest help around.. I recommend you skip these guys.

Dee and Andrew were amazing. My heat went out and they got the part shipped overnight and fixed within 24 hours.
