Allstar Septic Service was recommended to me for an emergency septic tank backup. While I was on the phone with Sterling, he walked me through some diagnostics to determine that it was probably a failed pump or float and told me the cost for replacing either or both. Sure enough, when his guy came out, we quickly found the pump was shot, so it got replaced and was up and running in no time. Such a great experience working with professionals who don't try to fleece you for a few extra $$ and talk in a straight forward way. HIGHLY recommend Allstar Septic!

I had these guys come out to service our system twice in the same week and both times the device was impeccable! Shout out to both Mason and Ashton, who were both extremely professional,did a fantastic job on the septic, and were both very nice young men with great manners. To top it all of the prices I paid for the service was way lower than I could've dreamed it would be. I couldn't have asked for any better service,price,or workmen at my home. Thanks so much AllStar Septic for pulling me out of the fire with the county! You guys are the best!

Very good, fast friendly service. They were able to get someone out early the day after we called. Mason was a sweetheart and did a fabulous job. He took time answered all my questions throughout the entire process.

That’s what I look for when I don’t know who to call. I am looking for a great septic company that Is reliable. From the beginning it didn’t seem like they were interested in my business. They wanted me to contact a different company for a design plan so they could bid the job. If they don’t want to make the simple effort in driving out to design it themselves the way that they would do it and want to use someone else’s work efforts without looking at the job themselves I think that is a big mistake and will ultimately fall back on me when/if something goes wrong to figure it out. Allstar Septic was on their game from the moment I called and spoke with Sterling, to the final service completed by Mason, nothing but exceptional service. Their customer service in my opinion is the best. Both Sterling and Mason were professional and friendly. Sterling kept me up to date by text and phone call, I always knew what was going on. Sterling explained the cleaning, billing process, scheduled and confirmed a date and time for the service. Mason arrived on time, explained the work he was going to do and completed the work. When he was done he walk me through what he had done and gave some good to know information. The price was very fair, especially for this quality of service. Absolutely no need to shop around.
