Francisco with AllStarz Pumping was great! On time, checked in with me, showed me what he was doing (ewww, but still...!), and replace all covers, etc. Very professional! This was my second time using this company and I'll come right back to them in a few years!

We were very pleased with the service we received on December 5, 2025. The alarm on our septic system triggered which required immediate attention. Within 2 hours of my phone call Francisco was at our home pumping the tanks. Francisco was knowledgeable, polite and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Later in the afternoon Matthew arrived to access our pump. Matthew also did an excellent job and determined that we needed a new pump. By end of day Scott spoke to us a few times and ordered a new pump which would be available on Monday of next week. Francisco was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during my septic inspection. He worked incredibly hard to locate the system, including digging to find it. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the results. A+ service with a positive, friendly attitude. I would absolutely recommend him and would gladly hire him again!
