Jerry had no problem sharing the insurance information before the estimate appointment and providing a certificate of insurance before the actual work began, which gave me peace of mind. Everything was aboveboard - paperwork, sales tax, etc - exactly how I want it to be when dangerous work is involved. The crew showed up on time and worked carefully and efficiently. We had a large oak tree that needed to be removed and half of it hung over our neighbor's property and structures. This was no problem - the guys roped the branches and everything was safe. Jerry (owner) and the entire Allstate team were amazing! Reached out for three (3) estimates and met Jerry last. He came to the appointment to explain how the tree pruning/trimming and clean-out would be performed. He then gave me two estimates: one for tree pruning/clean out, and another price to fully remove the tree and grind down the stump. Jerry’s price were very fair, reasonable, and as such bc of his quick response, i’ve decided to utilize their services. Upon arrival to begin the job, Jerry and the team came prepared with all the necessary equipment and assessed the ash tree to see how and where to cut. I had hired them to remove a tree that fell on our house. They're receiving a 5 star rating because: of the great service provided. They secured the tree so that during the cuts, no additional damages (fallen branches) took place. They did it in so little time and they cleaned the area afterwards. They mulched all the fallen tree. Overall, it was very satisfying to see them clear the tree, safely.
