Alltech Directional Drilling

Mike and his team are a great outfit. They were able to come out quickly to lay a new pex main water line for my house after I found that my existing water line had a leak right under the driveway! We did run into some issues about a month later due to some of the work that was performed. His team came back and covered the costs of some repairs and remediation even when they didn't technically need to. If you want great customer service, choose Alltech. :)

Mike is super professional and very experienced at doing this work. He is very up front of about challenges that may be experienced and communicates any changes that may come of it. Alltech was great to work with. I am just a homeowner who needed a main water line replacement right under the giant maple tree in my front yard. I got some pretty steep quotes from plumbing companies so I tried going directly to the source for the drilling work. Michael gave me a quick quote, walked me through the process, and got the job done without any issues. I am not one to usually take the time to leave reviews...BUT, after my project with Alltech Directional Drilling, I knew I needed to take the time to communicate my EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS. Mike Thomas, and his team are top notch! Taking the time to fully understand my project and the delicate details prior to just "punching holes in the ground".
