Great service. Came out the same day I called. Repaired my disposal that afternoon. This is the second time I have used this company. They are my go to for kitchen appliances.

If I could give a negative I would. The man who answered the phone , Paul was rude, changed his story multiple times and would not allow me to finish a thought without interrupting me. Total fail!

Jerry is efficient, consistent, and always able to solve the issues we present to him. The pricing is always reasonable and he runs his business very fairly. Any time I call, he shows up within 1 day, if even, to fix the issues and has always ran an honest and reliable business. I will always call Jerry for an issues in my home or appliances because I’m confident in his expertise. 10/10 recommend, the customer service and work ethic is unmatched and outstanding.

Jerome showed up on time and it was a Saturday. He did a very good job explaining and and analyzing problem with my Whirlpool gas dryer. He told me cost and then repaired it. He cleaned up area and was very courteous. Definitely a great experience.
