Do not work with this company! They are scammers! I received a defective part and wanted to return it but they sent me a new part without making a refund and my client refused to continue the repair. They did everything to rip people off.

Tool arrived used even customer support saying that it can't be,just frustrated 😤

Ordered a $700 replacement part for my Viking oven. The part arrived a month later. Due to scheduling issues the installer could not install the part until 3 months later. When the box was opened it was learned the part was damaged. Contacted the company and was told they have a 90 day return policy and do not warranty the parts that they sell. Their advice was to contact Viking and dispute it with them. Of course Viking's position is that I did not buy it from them so they will not help. It is clear this company takes your money and refuses to provide any support when they ship you a damaged item. I strongly suggest dealing with another company.

It shows on google store open but when arrived store is closed
