Allwood Stillwell Stairs & Railings

Working with Paul was a pleasure. We were looking to replace a spiral staircase and he quickly was able to figure out a way to it based on our space limitations. Paul was responsive, professional and compassionate given that we had illness in our family that required us to make the change in our access to the second floor. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Everyone says the staircase looks like it has always been there. Thank you Stillwell!

I called for an appointment, the presentation on the railing for the stairs was consist with lots of choices to meet our needs.I let my wife pick (this took me 20 years to learn) we set an appointment for install. The team that came was EXCELLENT. We are just waiting for our painter to come stain the rail and post! Thank you for the GREAT Teamwork at Stillwell Stairs!!!!

Main staircase baluster/rail design and installation were nothing short of spectacular. I described my idea, and Bruce Capua came up with a design that was exactly right. Impressive craftsmen, the carpenters were a pleasure to work with. Allwood Stillwell also replaced old stairs/railing to the basement. Once again, all was perfect, beautiful. Both projects were seamlessly successful, from design to completion. I highly recommend this company. Only regret, wish I had more stairs for them to replace!

All I can say is wow! these guys know their stuff. Helpful and friendly office staff and the craftsmen in shoproom are very skilled for any task. I walked in with an old 100 year old 180 degree turn oak railing that attached to a wall. It was in very bad shape, missing pieces and cracks all over. They knew it was very important to fix soon due to my grandmother needed the rail to make it up and down the stairs. Getting right to work they custom built the missing pieces and put everything back together. Rick and Jeremiah are great guys and a better craftsmen. I would most definitely suggest going there for any job big or small.
