Almanac Hardwood

The folks over at Almanac have the best customer service and really care about the product they've worked so hard to make available to the general public. If you want to support a local business with a killer product you have to swing by their warehouse.

Max has been great to work with for years! Such a gem of a place!

Great place for old bricks and savaged wood, doors, and parts of old buildings. I had to repair a wall in my home and found the right bricks to get the job done. Very happy with the end result. Max was very helpful, will do business with him again!!!

Excellent customer service. I was able to ask their staff member a bunch of questions, and he was an expert. I didn't go with the delivery fee, thought I could do it myself. But definitely needed his help. He was very gracious, informative, and kind. Thanks Max! The wood only came with a few staples maybe a few nails but nothing dangerous (I didn't find myself cutting into metal/nails by surprise). Wood is gorgeous!

Great find! Large inventory of interesting building materials and more service than at Community Forklift. They do custom milling and delivery. Update: Just received my reclaimed heart of pine flooring. It’s beautiful! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
