From start to finish, Almar Jackson was a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and efficient with our unique small backyard. This is our second pool with their company. I love our pool remodel ! I love the new tile& really appreciate the design assistance that Kim provided so we could remove the oversized pho-rock wall and water feature. She had lots of patience with me as I struggled to choose, which tile to go with. We converted from chlorine to saltwater and put the hot tub functions on an app So we don’t need to truck around the house behind the bushes to turn on the hot tub anymore. I am very happy with the team, honestly such great guys and very polite, even our dogs enjoyed having them work at the house. Sam was given an aggressive timeline due to some other commitments we had and he was able to work with the suppliers and get us finished on schedule.

Almar Jackson built my pool from scratch at my last house. The owner came on site regularly to ensure all was going smoothly. Did not hit any snags. Any concerns that popped up were always addressed quickly. The whole team is super helpful no matter what size customer you are. I have maintained a solid relationship with them since 2008. They are always there for me. I have since moved houses and they renovated the pool at our current house. I continue to bring my water for testing and they are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. Down to earth, professional, and caring.

Almar Jackson were professional from the start. Kim helped us pick out colors and materials that worked out great. Sam coordinated the process and kept things moving along at all times . Between Kim and Sam and their specialists, they made what could have been painful a very tolerable event. Thanks . Bob and Marilyn.

Updated 6/8/25. So after 4 years the pool is still in excellent condition. The level of customer support is 5 stars. We had a few small issues with the heater sensor and various life limited components which were dealt with by this company promptly. I emailed them for a fix and they were on it right away. Im glad we did not go with the lowest bidder. Awesome company. Our pool was built in 4 months from the time they dug the hole to filling in the water. Permitting took longer but it’s not their fault. We dealt with Kim and she’s very responsive in answering all our questions. We had a few minor issues with the pool at start up that Kim and her team rectified it promptly. We would definitely use Almar again for our next build.
