I paid Almeida Enterprises Inc to strap the roof down to my house for insurance purposes by adding an extra nail to each strap. They missed 2 and I had to pay a second company to come by and finish the work because Austin would answer the phone, say he was going to have the guys come back and than they just did not. They also did not provide me an invoice. The soffits were left very dirty and he said he was going to come back and clean them, but he didn't have the right equipment, but he wanted payment at that point. I paid him, trusting him and he never came back. I give 2 stars because the workers did a very good job.

I hired this company to install 2 screen enclosures, and while the initial work looked fine, parts of it started coming undone just a week later. I reached out several times, and each time I was told by Austin that they’d be back in a few days or the following week, but no one ever showed up. It’s frustrating to be given repeated promises with no follow-through. The lack of accountability and customer service after the job was paid for is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them unless they can improve their reliability and responsiveness.

Austin arrived Monday afternoon for an estimate to screen my covered patio. I was amazed when he said he would be back the next day to do the job. He showed up and completed the project well above my expectations. For one person working he was fast, meticulous, professional, and very reasonable in his pricing. Total time from dropping raw materials to completion was less than 5 hours for a 10X10 patio.
