The 30 years I have been with this Almeida should be testimony of how pleased I am. I have a background in training the mechanics/techs in this industry. I use home heating oil and all oil is not the same. There are a lot of ‘bottom’ feeders who will sell you ‘cheap’ oil and that is exactly what you will get. Almeida delivers; on quality, customer service and ‘a fair price’. They are there; call up and talk. No hold. No Artificial Intelligence robotic voice telling you what button to push to get to the next level. Real people. Dial an extension and get a person. I have a theory that they run so well that they don’t need to waste time giving their customers a ‘run around’. I have been dealing with one customer/sales rep for 30 years. Sorry Lori, just use extension 100 if you want a ‘square
