Alno Inc

I have Alno Creative products throughout my home and love them. Unfortunately, there was a packaging error where a post for another product was included in the package. Granted I purchased this 7 years ago but the product design has not changed so I was hoping the manufacturer would allow the retailer to credit/exchange the part but we were told to pound sand. It's a bummer because while the time line is totally my fault, I would have expected that a manufacturer that can turn around and sell a $75 towel bar would want to retain a positive relationship with a customer. They would literally lose nothing but instead chose to have a less than desirable review posted.
