I've worked with this company on 2 carpet jobs and 1 tile job, and have had extremely negative experiences. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive, the workmanship is subpar and installers can be very sketchy. It doesn't seem like they vet their subcontractors or perform any background checks. I've experienced inappropriate behavior from the men on their crews and at times I was left feeling unsafe in my home because of this. I also exprienced quality issues with their installation jobs, including carpet falling off stairs within weeks of installation, carpet warping and bubbling due to not being stretched, toilet damaged by tile demolition requiring replacement, and spots left untiled under dishwasher and closet door, requiring another contractor to fix. * Photo shows how my s

Recently picked out some tile and paint colors for an upcoming move of offices. The staff at Aloha was knowledgeable, engaging, helpful, and fun. Yes. FUN! While the colors we had to choose from (due to my company restrictions) were limited, they were able to provide a variety of options and choices. Great people to do business with, and quality products to choose from.
