Aloha has been very helpful over the last 6 years with my pool. From openings and closings, to most recently a pool liner. The communication with Terry, was great through the liner replacement; the service techs/installers were professional- and always have been. The techs are clean and neat- and willing to answer any questions along the way. I will continue to use Aloha for superior pool services.

I have owned a pool for 10 years and this past year was the first time I used Aloha Pools.. Let me tell you I have never had such a great experience with a pool company as I have with them... They are the first company I didnt have to call once to make sure someone showed up... The part that impressed me the most about them is they will make sure your pool is swim ready the first week.. They came to my house daily and checked up on my pool till it was perfect.. I will never use another Pool company again... I strongly recommend Aloha they are very nice people and do a great job!!

I'm 19 and my brother is 12. Our dad has surgery last winter & mom is in the hospital, so its justvus two running the house. We called this place for pool service in Medford to ask about seasonal cleaning, to minimize exposure while our parents are healing....and it just felt overpriced and super rigid. No matter how many weeks you want service for, they pretty much charge the same price, and they lowest advertised amount is never the actual amount charged; there's always an upsell. It felt more like a sales thing than actually working with what you need. Plus, the fees for opening and closing the pool were way higher than other places, and they don’t even give a discount if you bundle it. If you're looking for something more fair and flexible, I’d say check other pool companies first.

Aloha Pools has become an absolute joke. We've been loyal customers for years—using them to open, close, and service our pool, even for major issues. But recently, their service has fallen off a cliff. Their logistics and service department are a mess. The person handling scheduling is flat-out rude, and if you call just to ask when someone might be available, you get treated like an inconvenience. Weeks go by with no updates, and you're left chasing them down, reminding them why you even need service in the first place. If you want to be in customer service, maybe start by actually prioritizing the customers who keep your business running—before another company comes along and out-competes you. You don't have a monopoly in the area. Good riddance. We’ll gladly take our business elsewhe

Honestly, I’m disappointed in the service charge overall. I contacted them for the opening of a pool (running with initial shock and anti algae treatment) for $415 with no cover removal (we removed the cover ourselves). Unfortunately, the three way valve had a crack so they couldn’t complete the service and had to reschedule for another visit to fix it, in order to open it. Although the pool is in the same state before and after they came for the visit, they still charged me the full $415 for the service. When I asked for a refund because the pool was technically not opened, they said they couldn’t because “our men came out to open it and it’s not our fault your equipment wasn’t working”. It would’ve be nice if we had partial refund since the service wasn’t fully completed, but they didn’t
