We could see just how our backyard would be transformed down to how much sun would be on it throughout the day! JT made numerous stops to our home to answer every single question. JT is not a pushy salesman and so much of his demeanor is what won us over with Aloha Pools! John is an exceptional project manager who made sure that every aspect of our pool construction ran smoothly! John oversaw the project from Day 1 on June 2, 2025. We worked with Renee from the Cape Girardeau location to get everything figured out with what we wanted for our pool. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, came prepared to measure and draw everything out, and answered all the questions we had. John was our contractor, and he was quick to respond with any question I had via text or call throughout the whole installation process. There were a few missing pieces and one item that needed replaced, but it was all taken care of very quickly. We ordered a fiberglass pool (Thursday Pools) for faster install and lower maintenance over time. From dig day to pool completion, it was only two and a half to three weeks. The work he did was great but he did not complete the entire job. The strap on tarp near my slide was suppose to be fixed as well and it was not. When he left he left my gate to my back yard open. Thank goodness I seen it or my dog would have gotten out. Parked his truck on my concrete area in my drive normally would be fine but now I have a huge oil spot on it🤦‍♀️. Which is not his fault but the company's. I messaged aloha maybe 5 min after he left and told all of the above except about oil leak (i have camera footage it was from the aloha truck). He (new manager) could have had him turn around and complet the job. Instead he said he would talk with him and get it resolved. I have not heard back and he has an hour and a half drive to me so It would have made more since for him to turn

Chase did at excellent job at replacing my multilevel on the sand filter and installing the new pump. He was prompt, courteous, patiently answered all of my questions plus he fixed another problem. I really appreciated the quality of his work.

Hunter, Chase, and Will did a great job opening our pool for the summer. My water level dropped over the winter. They identified and fixed a small leak around the led light. This is the third consecutive I have used Aloha to open my pool. I highly recommend using Aloha.
