Repaired sooner than promised. Reasonable repair cost

Got all questions answered. Garrett demoed my choice. Happy with my purchase experience of string trimmer. Very nice showroom. The greasy and dirty front door can spoil the very positive experience inside. Very satisfied with noise level and power on thin grass. Thick grass is more problematic;. Needs more power or more effort.

Okay. This is a great experience review for APE. My little Honda generator needed some love. I dropped it off at new location on Alakea St. I experienced prompt service with good communication about the repair process. Three days later I received a very fair estimate for repair. Four days after I gave the okay, it was fixed and I received a text message it was ready. Start to finish I was very satisfied and have my generator back running like new. Bravo APE!

They have a very helpful fantastic staff! Good prices and also do a great job in maintaining equipment brought in. Plus its really nice having staff that are very knowledgeable. They also go the extra mile by offering you a free drink and having such a lovable dog. Highly recommend them. Their competitors especially Home Depot could take a lesson from these guys (and gal). Hard to find someone to help you out at HD.
