Stay really really really far away from this company. Jack the owner is completely unresponsive. I am surprised that his unprofessionalism hasn't run that place to the ground. My “new pool” is completely inoperable. He was so unresponsive that I had another pool company come out to assess the issues (tears in liner, leaks from pipes, pool equipment not working, etc etc)

Absolutely amazing, store has everything you need, and the people there are the nicest and most helpful. Incredible products help better than any other I’ve tried. Perfect local pool store to support go check it out!

They were awful. Made an appt for a very minor repair. They never showed up. No communication, I called back 3 times to follow up. Waited 3 weeks. Finally repaired it myself and gave up on them. The worst.

Not to be this type of person but I've called 9 times since November 23 to resolve a pool closing bill in which I was overcharged. I haven't received a call back yet. At this point I don't believe they have any intention of calling me back to resolve the simple matter.

This is a great company. I hadn't used them for over 20 years, as I did the pool openings and closings myself. I had my heater break down and I called the company that installed it and they said they couldn't send anyone for 10 days to look at it. I called Alpa and they were there the next day and had the parts in stock to repair it. Reasonable pricing and very professional technician. They are my "go-to" pool company going forward.
