They sent out a great professional named Dave who was able to diagnose the true problem with my system and explain what had failed. He took care of it and got my heat back to working in no time. I will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs.

Home warranty set us up for Monday between 12 and 4. I’ve had two other companies no show already, so I asked last week to let me know if they needed to reschedule or could not make it for any reason. I asked again Monday morning to confirm someone would be coming and I got an enthusiastic, “Yes! Someone will be there between 12 and 4.” No one showed up and they won’t return my calls or texts. Choice Home Warranty is a scam too.

They picked up a ticket from my home warranty company, waited a week for the appointment and they cancel the day that they're supposed to be here and drop the ticket back to the company. Now have to wait for the whole process over again, if they didn't want the job then they shouldn't have accepted it.

Jennifer was amazing. I was having issues with my A/c and she got me scheduled quickly. She was patient and empathized with my situation even through my frustration. Over all very happy with my experience!
