Luis deserves ten stars. He is knowledgable, capable, polite, and efficient. He responded immediately to look at the job (replace an aging septic line connection) and provide an estimate (which was $500 less than the next bid).........he scheduled our job within just two days of making the bid. He arrived on time, by himself and with all necessary equipment. The job site was left looking perfect to include grass seed dispersed where the soil had been disturbed. Probably the best contractor we have had on the premises in our 30+ years of living here!!!!!

Last Saturday water started back flowing into our showers and our toilets wouldn’t flush. I called easily a dozen places that either didn’t pick up or couldn’t help, but then I called here, Luis answered and was immediately helpful. He talked my boyfriend through locating our septic access and gave us a ton of advice on addressing the issue we were having. We resolved the blockage ourself and saved hundreds for an emergency septic pumping we thought we might have needed. Will definitely call back for future septic services. Thanks Luis!

Luis with Alpha Bravo deserves 10 stars. He came to my home on 9-26-19 on time, with all the equipment needed to diagnose my situation. I have had 3 other companies over the 14 years do similar work, and none of them had the tools and equipment that Luis does: a small backhoe, camera to have real-time visuals of piping, tool to locate electrical and gas lines, a tool that located pipes from above ground that also tells the depth of the pipes, and more. Luis spent the time with me as I observed to explain in detail what I was seeing. He is patient, honest, caring about the outcome long term, knowledgeable and affordable. I definitely highly recommend Luis!

I called and left a message hoping to have our pump replaced. The very professional gentleman kindly talked everything through and helped me figure out through several phone calls what it could be and with his help prevented them from having to come out again and got our system up and going again. They were the only ones who could fix it properly back three years ago when the pump had actually quit working. Really truly want to thank them, and this was the least I could do!! Highly recommend!!!
