Our inspector was Tom, who was wonderful to work with on these inspection tasks ahead of purchasing our new home. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He explained everything in easily understood terms, provided excellent documentation with pictures of everything found and tested. Of note: It was a miserable cold and snowy day which didn't impact the work he did or the quality of the report he produced. He came ready with a shovel in addition to his other tools to get the job done. Our septic system was inspected for functionality as were the air for radon and water for all consumption concerns. Alpha Inspections was referred to me by my realtor. I was lucky to have Tom Pelletier from Alpha perform my home inspection. This was a large property, roughly 3000SqFt in Greenfield, NH. It occurred in early February of 2026 during a snow event I might add, making the process seemingly more arduous. However, Tom was an absolute professional and extremely personable.
