We tried for months to get someone to give us a quote for enclosing our patio. One company, after taking a deposit to come out became very unresponsive. Two others told us it couldn’t be done and wasn’t worth it. I started to give up hope. I gave it one last shot and reached out to Alpha Custom Exteriors. I received a response back and Tim came out and gave us a reasonable price. What I love the most was we were provided with a sheet that explained to us the process along with a timeline. No matter how many questions or emails I sent, Lisa was very responsive and never once seemed frustrated by me.
