Dave has proven to be honest, thorough, timely, and trustworthy time and time again. He does quality work, does not overcharge, always pleasant to work with, and quick to respond! Dave did a an amazing job on my two overhead doors on my pole barn! New openers, and replaced springs. Dave’s communication is one of the best I had with contractors. His work is exceptional! I recommend Dave for any garage door service you need. He will not disappoint you!

This is the second experience I’ve had with Alpha Door Service, and both have been great! The first time, my garage door needed immediate repair, and thankfully, Dave came right out and was able to fix the problem for much less than the cost of a new door. Most recently, I needed my garage door opener replaced, and once again, Dave did a great job! He was quick to schedule, arrived right on time, and explained everything clearly. The new opener works perfectly — it’s quiet, reliable, and even came with Wi-Fi and a keyless pad, which I love. Dave even took the time to explain all the new features to me, which I really appreciated! Dave was respectful of my space, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. This review is very late as our garage doors were installed years ago but they have held up very well and work perfectly. There were initial problems after the first installation but Dave came right back out to help resolve them and made sure they worked as promised.

Dave is honest, trustworthy and skilled. He has fixed garage doors at our home and for my parents and in-laws. My mother-in-law had a garage door issue and called a big company who quoted her an $800 repair. We called Dave and he fixed it for $140 the very next day. Highly recommend him.
