I've hired plenty of electricians in my day - let alone general contractors and folks to do all kinds of work on all sorts of properties. I can do a lot of work construction myself - so when it comes times to hire somebody I'm basically impossible to please because I always feel like I'm paying someone else too much to do a worse job than I could do if only I had the tools and time. Konstantinos did a fantastic job at one of our properties in Weehawken, installing a house meter, rewiring smoke detectors, common area lights, and the furnace to the new meter. He also obtained the necessary permits from PSE&G and the Weehawken Building Department before starting the work. He is highly recommended for small or big electrical jobs.
