I love this company will never ever used another company to clean or work in my septic . They are very professional best if all they know what they have to do and they are honest . Did awesome job on adding a filter .

Called them early in the morning just as they opened up for business. The nice woman who answered the phone said she had a full day but squeezed me in and had my septic tank pumped out by 2pm same day. They sent their guy Dave over and he was just awesome. We needed our leech field repaired. Alpha was recommended to us from our neighbor and Quentin Berry was the contractor. When we first met him we thought he was polite and he told us not to worry he wouldn't use the same product he took out and he would do it right. He told us that he would pump the tank so that we wouldn't have to worry while we waited for our permit to be approved. We waited for 2 months. He never pumped the tank. I had to call the health department to get the inspector out to approve the permit and when Quentin came back to do the work it was as if we never had the conversation about putting in something else. He basically just put in whatever. When I went to the health department I found out that he told them he pumped the tank the day after he came to talk to us, which
