I would highly recommend Alpha Garage Doors! Dylan spent time looking for a compatible remote to my very old (20-30 years old) garage door opener instead of pushing me to purchase a new opener right away. He then explained options available and was knowledgeable about each of the different styles of openers; I chose one that was right for my budget without feeling the "sales pressure." After installing the opener, he explained what he did and how it all works. Dylan was patient with my questions and also suggested I change out the seal around my garage door to better protect the inside of my garage from the elements! We had a garage door spring break, and a family member recommended we call Dylan at Alpha Garage Doors. I reached out to him that night and answered some basic questions. The next morning, he showed up with the parts and had the garage door fixed in no time. He was kind, courteous and professional, and he definitely knew his trade. He was even able to point out some of the errors that other garage door service companies (they put their stickers on the inside of the door for future needs) had made during service visits, and explain what he would have done differently. Given the prompt service, reasonable cost, and the fact that Dylan clearly takes pride in the quality of his work, Alpha Garage Doors will be the first number I call next time I have any issues or just decide to upgrade.

I had a new garage built this last fall and needed a garage door and opener in order to feel comfortable before winter hits. Not only was the price very reasonable, the customer service was great as well. My door works great and the seal is tight from the winter elements! I highly recommend this company.
